Well today was range day....I think it's definitely coming together...it's shooting groups I think its going to take some time for the barrel to get a little lead build up.

Please update as you go along, My gun is the exact same story as yours, bought a used 2018 22Hp, and it did not group at all when I received it. After cleaning and getting used to it it’s better, but not great yet. Only difference is mine seems about 10 fts faster than your readings.
I will do a better deep clean on mine, as I think it helped but not there yet, or even a polish may help.

Guys, my RW is standard power, so I can't offer any experience, but I have a question. Seems that I remember some of the poly barrels handle slugs better than pellets. Have either of you tried slugs? A friend has had good luck with slugs at 100 yards in his HP, think he's shooting them around 960 fps.
