Your 1st PCP

My girlfriend thought that was sweet. Did your lady have previous shooting experiences ?
Neither she nor I had any experience. Air or powder.
Oh and I ordered a Thomas when I bought the aforementioned for myself, that rifle when it came fit my wife better than the Red Wolf, so I am still waiting for my own Thomas.
:ROFLMAO:

Benjamin .22 was first PCP in 2007. Bought it with the handpump. Still have it today.

M 1st was a Falcon Titan Manitou .177 that I used to do pest control on a hog farm back around 2000-2002, then bought a Career 707 w/custom stock shooting Crosman Heavies at around 980 fps. I killed thousands of pigeons, starlings and english sparrow on that farm with those 2 guns. Still regret getting rid of the Titan Manitou, it was sparrow head shot accurate out to about 45 yds.

Marauder .25, then a FX Wildcat .25.
Had a Hill hand pump and a guppy. Local paintball shop said guppy was the latgest they would fill. That was discouraging because a range session quickly emptied guppy and hand pumping got old quick so I sold everything and re-visited my CZ and Tikka .22LR’s. Covid hit and ammo went stupid (I was using Lapua and Eley) so re-invested in PCP’s. Started back with .25 Wildcat Sniper and have bought and sold a bunch of other PCP’s. And oh yeah, bought an Alkin and two SCBA’s since paintball shop was inconvenient even though it was 5 minutes from my house. I love the economy of shooting airguns, well, the ammo part anyway. Have two springers as well.

How many of you dove into PCP with both feet on a $1,500 or more rifle or started with something cheaper at first?

Well, my initiation was my order last night. The issue wasn't the rifle cost it was the paraphernalia. The compressor and a tank seem required in my area. I went with the Avenge-X so it was less than the supporting cast.
