trigger kick´s back to finger

hello airgun nation, new member here, signed up for question ive been trying to find solution to

i recently got my 2nd airgun: hatsan mod 65, its pretty fun to shoot with, but has one crucial flaw that makes it kinda painfull:

sometimes when pulling the trigger it kicks back, dosnt take too many shots to get sore finger

it dosnt do this every time, but almost

ive taken it apart multiple times, including trigger box, so that wouldnt be problem, just if someone is able to point out what to do with it to fix this

my hatsan used to do that when I first got it. After a few tins of pellets it doesn't really do it as much....could use a.glove or pit some sort of padding on the trigger. Maybe needs some oil?

havent yet shot it too much, maybe half of tin of RWS flatheads, all my budget went to first buying it and then getting two vortex pistons, few weeks till i get couple tins of JSB´s

Id just stay cheap and shoot cphp from Walmart.. probably stay shooting them full time anyway.

But break in period, no point paying hefty jsb price pellets for that just go cheap for a few 1000 till your sure its broke in good.

we dont have walmarts here in finland, cheapest pellets are gamo´s and red star´s i found on krale on sale
i wouldnt put em into any gun, they are that dirty

for my crosman vital shot i found crosman pellets to be fairly accurate to be best budget option
i just couldnt restore it after about 9500shots i did with it to brake the spring in two, hence the hatsan

springers jump forward when shot
you have your finger tip on the end of the trigger blade, the very end , to make it easier to pull the blade
I blame the blade and the force required to pull it

this is just my opinion, i am not rocket scientist

it actually dosnt kick that bad if i have it on tip, but i like to have it in the bend

I guess them bsa red star pellets ? I reckon bsa is gamo england anymore ..lol

I guess not worth wash , dry and lube them to get past a tin or 3 break-in shots..?

Anyway i dont guess with my hatsan 95 or 25 ive experience that trigger thing. Though not the most comfortable to pull on that 95 without the screw mod ..

Is there a trigger adjustment that will lessen the sear engagement ? Quicker release ?
That is, less creap of sear parts sliding on each other to create less of a bounce when released ?
This adjustment will create a better trigger "feel" also.

Also when you pull the trigger on a Hatsan pull thru first stage then stop, continuing with a slightly upward force on the trigger for second stage.

its pretty much "out of the box" quatro
i did try to adjust last of the allens, but only got it stiffer
also travel is pretty much perfect, but would messing that fix it?

adjusting front allens should remove travel, thus maybe create less of an impact when it hits back
altho this is just rounding the problem, not really fixing it

Thing is the stock trigger screw dont give mich if any real adjustment. Why folks do the screw mod with a longer screw

i asked this from Mike and he was kind enough to point me what causes this,
its very likely the block behind trigger that knocks it during recoil, it also has some markings left by trigger blade
also explains why its not happening allways

it was actually tight clearance on trigger combined with 140bar vortex that made it kick into finger
i took some material of from back of the trigger blade and return spring block and adjusted 1st stage for maximum clearance after shot

now its fine

original front post being rounded was all blurry to my eyes with heavy glasses, so i made new one from big headed nail.
rear sights were not horizonal, its fixed with ducktape, also gives better visibility, theres tiny patches of black plastic visible in middle which further gives better contrast, so ducktape is not covering edges of the hole in a middle entirely
bubble is seated with piece of cotton sheet soaked in superglue, glued into piece of plastic from simcard holder that is glued into rear sights
front post is held in place with same plastic, no glue needed but might make better from alu

Ive used little finishing type nails to make spike post . Drill out a sized hole a drop of good glue and insert nail cut to length .. you gota do what ya gota do ..
