Other Karma Red Panda - Another 100 Yard Pro-Title @ EBR

It’s great Marketing! 80% of this forum’s members will focus on the the guns not the shooters… just wait 6-9 months after it’s introduction and you will see quite a few Red Pandas in the classifieds. ( I mean it’s gotta be the gun “right” because it won’t shoot 1/2 inch groups at 100yds. )

But let’s be honest what Shane is shooting now and what actually gets into the public’s hands could be quite a different gun?

Very true. Natural ability and time at practice

I agree to an extent, but has there ever been a more dominant (3 in a row) winner before?

- No ..............
- Has Thayne participated in previous years ........ Yes

Exactly, what was he shooting on previous competitions ?......did he smoke the field in this manner before ?

Of course the shooter is a big part of the equation but there's a reason why certain guns are used more then others,....you need both.

At NAC he tied for 2nd in pro class of course kate jacobson beat him with more x's and adam miguel won with 2 more points, hes always been up there in score. That day at NAC there was a downpour and wind and he shot a 219 I believe with his impact. At RMAC there was NO wind and he shot high 230s with the RP I think... I do not doubt he could have shot a high 230 at NAC with his Impact had it been conditions like RMAC.... Just saying.

Let's just say the Red Panda put Thayne over the Top consistently(y).

- Keep in mind more targets shot in the finals may have led to a different result - aka "Benchrest Rules".

Of course the shooter comes to play, give a blind man a karma red panda and expect him to place up top is....well w/e, silly debate to go back and forth on.

You can't get results without a consistent gun NOR shooter. Giving full credit to either while withholding credit to the other is....well....silly debate again.

Saying - "Let's just say the Red Panda put Thayne over the Top consistently."

Is hardly endorsing the Red Panda at the expense of Thayne .
Has he won before - No, but almost ....
Has he won recently - Yes, 3 times in a row!

It's obvious the gun has made him better .... 3 times in a row:).

It's obvious eh? So you're saying he couldn't have done it with another rifle?

Are you suggesting Thayne lacks the ability to progress his skills in the sport and needed the extra support from his Red Panda and if he were to go without it he'd fail to perform? Interesting theory.
