N/A New hw95L option?

AoA made a post on another forum about a soon to come to them ( exclusive?) On a new hw 95 luxus option .

"I am excited to give HAM readers a early nugget of HW exciting news. Look forward in the next few days to a new option for the HW95 luxes. To my knowledge never to be offered before. An AOA world exclusive as well."

Anyone seen or know more ?

I'm still thinking maybe a synthetic sl style stock / blackline option that replaces the discontinued standard non luxus stock . LoL

sell more . why else do they change something , unless they actually improve a function .
Really, I think on it grab mine and guess on what would I change and come up with nothing outside a synthetic stock to replace the old standard nonluxus wood one or like txr said stainless look and or stainless with synthetic stock like a black line.. or wood sl type?

Maybe a better easy to see front / rear sight that be kinda a stretch.

Maybe be up the .22 power somehow?

Ain't much I can imagine to be done..lol

Then top that with being a AoA exclusive item too boot ???

Stainless finish and a laminated stock. Or maybe just a laminated stock.
I kinda figured the standard 95 was like $50- 80$ cheaper then the luxus so I kinda think they need to get back a more budget 95.

Then maybe something like you say being a AoA exclusive that cost more or fancy grade ? Ijdk

It’s available now on their website. It’s a 95 with a walnut stock. $629.
Well if this is the picture of the hw95"N" walnut I looks as plain as beech stock

As said I'd rather see a more budget nice synthetic stock priced under the luxus that I'd be apt to buy then a more expensive walnut that I'm not going to buy ( new) ..lol

I guess one big sale trump's several smaller sales ...lol. In the end it's no sale..

Actually that board looks very nice. And they haven't done the dumb billboard or stippling. Unfortunately it's still the fugly euro style triangle Monte Carlo. Not my taste. But I could strip it and reshape the cheekpiece.........Might be worth the effort......Hmmmmm.
Ya, I've said I liked the standard stocks tear drop look best..

Yes KWK, IMO the Walnut version is worth the $130 price tag difference:).
I would sand down and rework the stock too ........ something sleeker ... aka Beeman Goudy stock of yesteryear (y).

Curious how those Beeman stocks are called Goudy. Rumor has it Weihrauch rejected his design and produced a Monte Carlo. I have never seen a Gary Goudy Monte Carlo custom stock. Only straight comb with a cheekpiece like the Beeman Custom shop Goudy stocks. But Beeman still used his name in the catalogs. Goudy was a highly respected stock maker in the custom gun world. Beeman was targeting the high end crowd. In those days an air rifle of that quality and price was not an easy sell. He was wise to market them in all those sporting goods stores across the country. To put them in people's hands. That's how I got introduced to Weihrauch and Webley. I had a Beeman dealer a few miles from here.

Yeah Nasty, that's why Weihrauch has never made them ... the average Joe doesn't want to spend more $$$.
Ya, I just look at practical, thrills are just thrills. Sure I'd like fanck good looking wood , but.....

It's not bad but I just think they'd be better served with going back with a lower cost / standard as before or equal synthetic luxus then the mid cost wood luxus , then the top walnut..

With there price increases now there going out of my range on what I feels worth it or not . There great guns but there's just so high a cost I'll pay for what it is kinda thing ..
