You're not wrong. I love my challenger bullpup but the sear broke on me at one point in time and had that happened while it was cocked and loaded....Quite terrifying given AEAs lack of QC.
What caliber is your challenger? You're not wrong. I love my challenger bullpup but the sear broke on me at one point in time and had that happened while it was cocked and loaded....
I had a machine shop replicate the part in hardened tool steel and its been solid ever since but there's no excuse for the poor quality of that part IMO
Add to that that this .95 can fill to 7000 PSI...
I hope it turns out to be good and I hope I don't read a horror story some time soon
The .457 which actually has a groove diameter closer to .461What caliber is your challenger?
That's wild, who's slugs do you shoot? The .457 which actually has a groove diameter closer to .461
I make my own .460 slugs with my Corbin press and I have a sizer die to reduce them down to .457 if I want which I do need to for my don cothranThat's wild, who's slugs do you shoot?
You can simply purchase Lee SKU 91592 .460 die for $16 along with all the other casting equipment to make this round a reality.I make my own .460 slugs with my Corbin press and I have a sizer die to reduce them down to .457 if I want which I do need to for my don cothran

You mention QC problems, there are at least 4 other companies with QC problemsQuite terrifying given AEAs lack of QC.
But with the swage die I can make light or heavy slugs and tune for exact weight that works best. I already had the swage press for small bore slugs I make anyway. It's nice to not have to melt lead too, I can make them at the kitchen table, just wipe everything down afterYou can simply purchase Lee SKU 91592 .460 die for $16 along with all the other casting equipment to make this round a reality.
I have had Fx's, the company I work with for pest control solely uses Fx's. And I work on them if they need me to tune them or if mess up. So that's atleast 12 Fx's that I have had my hands on WITHOUT problems. You mention QC problems, there are at least 4 other companies with QC problems, Umarex,Seneca, and AirForce. Do you own any of them? I'm trying to understand why the AEA brand is so hated? Is it because for the price point a AEA pro will give all makes a run for their money in accuracy? or is it because they are a China made pcp? or because they give you the most powerful pcps. I don't think there is any Pcp company without QC issues at this time and date. The sense of Pride is gone and just ship it has arrived. I felt the hatred first hand, 2 or 3 years ago and yes, I own a AEA big 9, one of the first Terry Fox had shipped out. I was told by a few people that I was a liar for saying it was a 300 fpe pcp because they had a modified bulldog that wasn't making 300 fpe.

@Healthservice You plan on doing some bowling or something? I can see it now, you have some silhouette targets setup and you roll a .95 caliber round ball out to see how many silhoette targets you can knockdown.Any Sub 12 models?
