Why such a range of prices on JSB 25 caliber pellets?

I retuned my P35-25 to shoot heavier pellets and it's favorite is JSB 33.95s, MKII. So I needed to order some. Prices ranged from $29.65 at Amazon to $15.38 at Krale. I was ordering a scope anyway from Krale and it didn't increase the shipping to include several tins of pellets so I did. Pyramyd wants $27.99/tin (but it reduces to $20.24 if you buy 4). Utah is even better if you buy 5, $17.60. Trenier is $17.99/tin and would have gotten my order if Krale had not. Most on-line sources seemed to want about $20/tin

But why is price range for the same thing almost 2 to 1? I hope Krale packages them reasonably, they should be here Wednesday.

Pellets seem to have huge profit margins for sellers. That’s how they can do the “buy 3, get 4” deals and even add coupon codes and free shipping on top of that. I recently got some JSB and FX 500ct tins in 22 for only about $12.50 per tin after all the promos. And I have no doubt the seller was still making money. They must be paying beans when they get them from the manufacturers. So to hell with $24.99 per tin. That’s for suckers, far as I’m concerned.

Just buy from a renowned seller such as @DonnyFL and you won't be disappointed. Plus, you are supporting a small business owner (I have met Donny and his sister, as well as his crew of Ruffians, and they are GREAT people. When I call with a simple question, my call is always taken, and my question always answered, or a promise to GET the answer soon. Awesome people!!)

The pellets from Krale arrived Wednesday with the scope I ordered at the same time. The pellets and the tins they are in are in great shape. No dents. The 4 tins were covered by multiple layers of bubble wrap and there was more bubble wrap surrounding everything in the box. The shipping cost would normally be an issue from Krale but the scope covered the shipping, there was no additional shipping cost for the pellets. I'll order pellets from Krale again if I am ordering something else from them anyway.
