My last two personal FX barrel adapters for the Taipan Veteran. These work with the FX factory barrwl housings. I fabricated these from domestically sourced marine brass to just under press fit dimensions with internal o-rings / grooves.
One is deep and the other is shallow, but they both work excellent. Each includes a precision cut / precision thickness Delrin shim that wraps around the section of the barrel that goes in the forward support. This makes up the extra 1mm barrel OD needed for the housing clamp and they dramatically reduce barrel harmonics!
