FX Pocket Chrono Question

I use mine indoors at about 4 yards when I am doing gun tuning.

Having said that, I have read of a number of people having issues with the Pocket V2 on the various forums.
I am fortunate it seems.

I get a lot of missed readings when shooting from the end of my carport, presumably because of the sound reflection from a nearby wall. I have to move to a more open area. I can’t say I tried every possible combination of software settings but I tried a lot.

Use mine outside, they only read the first few yards. Gets a few false readings but meh, you pretty much know it when it happens. Mine has been dropped, shot and it still works.

I can't resist. My cheap Chinese chronographs almost never miss a shot indoors or outside. Mine were about $20 each. There is now a more expensive one ($100) that screws on like a moderator. It can be calibrated if you have a known accurate chronograph and want your "cheap" one to give the same readings. Sub 12 airgunner did a review on youtube.
