Fx usa closed? Where to get fx parts?

When I need parts for my fx impact, I used fx usa. But today I search fx usa and it says permanently closed. I did some Google search to see what's up and it talks about fx usa being sue to fraud or whatever. I don't really know the details but seem fx usa own companies $6 millions? Anyway what if our fx guns needs part, where the heck do we go for parts in the USA? I read some guys say Utah airgun but have you guys really check Utah airgun for parts? Cause I check and they got shtz. Their parts selection for fx impact is crap. Anyway I just want to buy the new fx m4 brass piston to replace my plastic piston on my mk2. Don't say look on Utah airgun cause like I said, they got shtz for parts. I am concerned about the future when I do need other parts for my fx guns. As of now I just need the brass piston. Where do I buy this brass piston that's on the m4?

Baker Airguns
Cape Fear
Utah Airguns
Talon tunes,
Spaw,
Palm beach air,
Northeast airguns,
Pyramid,
Air gun depot,
High pressure pnematics,
And many others.
Talking about getting parts for fx guns. Not fx guns in general. Yes those site sells fx guns. But not parts. I like to see you prove me wrong by showing screen shots of their parts. All those site does NOT sell parts. Smh. I wasn't asking where to buy fx guns. o_O

For the above comments about Utah airgun being fx usa official distributor, yet Utah Airguns doesn't even carry parts. That's just sad. Their site show only 2 pages for parts and they are crap. Not even considering them parts at all. More like accessories/upgrades than parts.

Did you try calling or emailing UA or others? While they might not list all the parts online, but they have a service department to deal with repairs and stuff and should stock all parts they might need. Last time I needed a few specific parts for AEA that I could not find anywhere I ended up emailing FoxAir (among others) and their service department had what I need. Bottom line, try to call or email them, don’t rely on what’s on the website, you might just find what you need.

I am hoping that eventually Utah can get to the point that FX USA was at and make it so you can order any part you want. I needed a screw, a spring, detent ball, or Dreamline TAC conversion parts in the past and it was nice to be able to order them up and do the work myself.
I am sure FX has their hands full with trying to get things straighten out and at least we have good reliable service we can count on. Cape Fear says usually a two week turn around ( depending on part’s availability). Parts is the key so I hope FX gets that up and running again.

Agreed!
it would be excellent to see Utah or Cape Fear
Began running parts operation similar to the way FX – USA used to run it
Being on my left coast, I would prefer it to be Cape Fear
What a pleasure it was dealing with FX -USA Without any concerns for the marketing hype of a retailer

Just because parts are not listed on a particular web site, does not mean they do not stock them!
I recently received a variety of FX parts from both Utah Airguns, and another previously mentioned retailer!
Dont be lazy, pick up the phone my friend, you just might be pleasantly surprised!

Excuse me, but UA has the parts available to it service department, so I would suggest picking up the phone and talking to someone in service warranty over their.

My gun is the impact mk2. It is overdue in warranty. I will contact Utah airgun and see if they have what I need, but if they do carry parts they should list on their site for customers to have easy access to buying.

Yes it was easier with fx usa. I remember we have to look at the fx gun diagram part and have the part number. Fill out the order for whatever part you want and they will ship it to you. Now Utah airgun is the official fx, and they don't have any way of ordering parts at all. And their website only list guns and accessories. Not actual parts, like screws, springs, cooking lever, trigger, ect. I guess ppl saying have to call UA and finger cross they have what you need.

I've called UA a couple of times for parts service help... Left me pining for the days of FX USA.
The model of having retail distributors responsible for parts and service is not a good one for the customer. UA makes money of sales, not on service. That much is painfully obvious.
I don't know, they made pretty good money off of me for service rendered, and I'm a happy customer.

FX Airguns site ( https://fxairguns.com/support/ )has diagrams with parts listings. Granted the site has not been updated in awhile and many of the newer air guns do not show. Still a person could use these diagrams for the guns listed and be able to tell either Utah Airguns or Cape Fear what is being desired. I have worked with Utah Airguns as I get my Impact X back into service and the folks are most helpful, ordering what I need/ want if not in stock. Give them a call (385) 685-5951.

I lost the safety lever AND retaining screw, to my FX Crown.
My life turned upside down.
I had to make a very difficult choice....

I could start a thread, and complain about it not being listed on a particular web site,
OR
I could pick up the phone and order a new one.

I choose to pick up the phone and order a new one.
It cost me a whopping $6, and was shipped free of charge with my order for pellets.

Problen solved!
Thank you Utah Airguns!
