Just as the title asks, I'd like to know which airgun manufacturer has the best customer service in your experience (you make pick two if you must). This can includes aftermarket support and warranty services. I'm not asking about the customer service of the vendor or shop that you purchased the airgun from, but the company that made the gun. Also tell us a little about your experiences and why you selected the manufacture that you chose. If the best experiences occurred with another company please name them and tell us about your experience(s) with them.

I’ve owned 2 Prophets and still own a compact. Every time I had a question the owner of the company responded to my emails usually in one day or less from clear across the globe no less. That’s quite exemplary in this day and age.

I’ve also emailed AA a few times and same story there. I’ve had replies from their Engineers and from the owner of the company as well.

I also own a Thomas and Mike has been the fastest to reply and answer any question that I’ve had.

These are examples of outstanding customer service that I’ve not had with others companies and manufacturers.

On the other hand I’ve experienced the absolute worst customer service from the #1 Airgun manufacturer in the world. Maybe it’s an example of getting too big for your britches and forgetting where you came from and all the little people who made you #1.

I would like to add Skout to your list.
extremely friendly and helpful people who are always willing to listen and aid. I have had great conversation with the Skout team. I have mostly spoken with Darryl who always helps me with my questions and problems.

Like @igolfat8 has mentioned, when I had an issue with my P3, it was Rok, ceo of RTI, who messaged me back and made certain I was getting the assistance I was looking for. Not to be confused with RTI Arms group..they are a separate entity on their own. They are still kinda helpful, but I’d prefer to deal with Rok.

I have not had any dealings with the newer RAW’s customer service, but I have all the respect and trust in Martin Rutterford’s care and service. He has more than earned my trust over the years and wouldn’t consider sending my RAW to anyone else

I had to cast my vote for RTI. I started dealing with them via email when I purchased their first offering the Priest. Then I was immediately communicating with them again when I purchased a Priest ll. They were never arrogant or oblivious to growing pain issues. With their first adjustable reg they were never in denial like some company’s, about the issues with it. And they always gave me something solid to get by with while they worked on perfecting things. They also were very open to input. That’s why I will always have a RTI.

When FX was in NC, that was pretty cool. Now that UA is handling things, that’s pretty good also. But the difference is you are not direct dealing with FX. And that’s where companies like AAA, RTI and even Airmaks set themselves apart. They are not just an entity.

The only manufacturer with which I have dealt directly is RAW/Martin Rutterford. He is a technician of the highest quality, and a gentleman. I don't know the details of the AirForce/RAW affiliation, but I've been able to deal with Martin as before. In my experience, there is no better manufacturer customer service. Some excellent air rifles are made in Europe, but if my experience means anything, the buyer needs to be comfortable with the dealer, because any relationship with the manufacturer may be difficult and disappointing.

Me too!

Martin has been with me for nearly five years since I purchased my RAW HM1000X .22 from SPAW. Fixed several self inflicted ‘newbie’ issues with that gun and is ‘always’ available by PHONE ( not text, not email) if I need to talk thru an issue.

He personifies what an airgun manufacturer should aspire too.

P.S. AoA is a close tie for first place also for several rifles I purchased from them
