I've removed (cut) the barrel band from an Urban and now want to reinstall so i can return the rifle to the seller. Is there anything I need to know about removing and replacing the barrel?

I cut the barrel band off as a recommended mod. Now I want to return the rifle and I'd like to put on a new barrel band.

Modifying an airgun then turning around and attempting to return it stock to return it to the original seller/supplier is NOT a very kind thing to do, if you were to disclose that to them they would likely deny your return request.
You want someone else to eat the cost over your dissatisfied purchase, plus who knows what else you may have tampered with that you didn't disclose here.
I would wager that most people here wouldn't condone such behavior.

I removed the barrel band before I found out that the gun won't hold air. Removing the barrel band is a recommended mod for an Urban to improve POI consistency. I'm returning the gun in better condition than I received it. I'm sorry that it was more important to you to criticize someone that you know nothing about than to possibly provide helpful information. At any rate I'm blocking this address so this is my last word and my last post on this site.
