Trying to decide between two springers both HW's the (95 .20) or the (35E. 177 or .22) Both come with walnut a stock.
Im looking for a lighter weight gun to plink and small game hunt with. I would also like to sling it and get the best peep sight that will fit the gun. Williams is all I know about what fits HW's..(Lighter than my HW77)Please let us know what you will be using it for.
The 95 will have more power, I am a .20 cal fan and this would be my choice, but you will have fewer ammunition choices.
The 35e is harder for a lefty due to the position of the barrel lockup release.
The 35e may be under powered for .22 depending on your needs.
Are these new guns? You may consider the 95 in other calibers as well.
I vote HW95. Because that’s what I have
lol. Ordered a leather cheek riser to hide it for now. It shoots so nice I don’t even think about the ding.I hear you got it running and it shoots well.
Did you fix that ding or learn to live with it?
good to knowAnother vote for the HW95 .20. Mine shoots the H&N Baracudas and the JSB 13s equally well. I have a Vortek PG4 kit and the rifle has a very sedate shot cycle. One of my favorite springers. Weihrauch dropped the mic and walked off the stage after they made the 95.
I also have the same Vortek kit in mine. Difference being mine is .22good to know
