This is the perfect backyard pest carbine. I'd be interested in going low power with heavy pellets at 20 yards and seeing what groups it can do. I look for maximum energy dump and no pass through, or minimal exit velocity. Always looking for rodent / African agama gun for the backyard.

@AEAC first --- thanks so much for the videos on this gun. I wasn't exposed to your stuff prior, but really impressed with the depth and quality.

Second --- I don't have the hammer spring wheels but I do have easy access via allen socket at the back.

Can you give the brief, for dummies version of "clockwise vs ciunter clockwise, estimated total revolutions from all the way in till spring goes flying."?

Anyone know where I can find copies of his tunes? I thought usually he posted them in the thread. His website is no longer up also. I’d like to find some starting points, since I bought the same rifle with the Air Superiority HS adjuster.

There are a few. Sometimes he shared all his tunes in jpg form. I took notes on the pellets it liked the most, but I know he had a bunch of different pellets.

Dang I got excited for a minute. Thought one of Steve’s semi annual YouTube videos came out.

For those that would like the tunes shown in the video. Spped he found most accurate, washers with air superiority adapter, and hammer spring clicks back from max.

CP Dome 725 fps, 1 washer -15 clicks from max

H&N Terminator 705 fps, 1 washer -4 clicks from max

Hades 704 fps Pistol 1 washer -30 from max

JSB 14gr 1 washer -26 hammer spring

Air Arms 16gr 704 fps 1 washer -8 from max

JSB 18gr 698 fps 2 washer -53 from max
power tune 20 FPE 2 washer - 45 from max (16 shots)

That seems to confirm what @L.Leon has been using for best accuracy in his Atomics. Right around that 700 fps mark.
