Double cylinder air filter burst disk/cutoff

I have one of those double cylinder air filters from Tuxing. They rate it as 300bar/4500 psi which.. isn't a thing lol.

Anyway, as the little release valve on the side starts releasing air at 4000psi or so, I can't fill anything to 4500psi. I'm thinking of just plugging the hole with a dead plug, I watch my air fills pretty closely and stop at 4500 psi.

Anyone else found a solution for this?

Sorry yeah should have included more context.. the pressure relief safety valve on lower right.
