Not being crazy high power it doesn't get as much love over here! But the guys who actually own them know the truth! Probably one of the best PCPs ever brought to market and built like a tank with a trigger to die for!
I have the walnut version in .22 and it's a hunting and pesting machine!

If you are getting the K model, then it's the carbine, not the full length rifle pictured. I have a HWIOOKT in .177, and it's a great rifle. I tuned mine down to 11 fpe, and it's a perfect yard rifle. At that power level, it's virtually silent, and has a great shot count. It doesn't get a lot of US attention because we're so obsessed with high power. It has a wonderful two-stage trigger (a real one), and the build quality is excellent. You will like it.

My bad Its the HW100T....

What sort of issues are you referring to?
I'm not sure of his reference, but I believe that Weihrauch makes its own barrels. As with most barrel makers, there are sometimes machining issues that result in poorly performing barrels. I have not heard of any current problems, and I wouldn't worry about it.

They had a bad run on their .22 barrels. I believe it was the FAC full length but could be wrong. I picked one up used as I had always wanted a 100.

Mine unfortunately was not good. Everything else about the rifle was awesome, fit finish, wood. But the accuracy was horrible. Like a pepperoni pizza. Pellets would free fall for most of the barrel. I started searching and found lots of others with the same issue.

I also have had a chance to play with the shrouded carbine version. It was also .22 and lights out accurate.

I guess I was one of the lucky ones. My .22 FAC full length HW100 is a tack driver. It did take me a while trying various pellets before I found ones it really liked. HN Baracuda Match 21.14GR are sweet at 25, 35 and 50 yd ranges, which I typically shoot at.

Here is a link from 2018 discussing some of it. I mean no shade at the HW100, I actually live the platform.

The full length fac .22 barrels had issues and kinda killed the momentum on them here in the US.
Yeah, that was a bummer. My friend had a bad barrel from that batch and Weihrauch replaced it right away.

I heard that it was a bad steel from the supplier and the problem was resolved.

I bought my .22 HW100 FAC right after that hoopla and never had a problem.

Cheers!

Received the gun a few hours ago , This Is not a review just first Impressions ....Pros - beautiful stock handles really well , awesome trigger straight out of the box , very quiet , accuracy @ 60 yards outstanding no wind using AEA 18G pellets @ 960 FPS , fit and finish top notch ... Cons - It docent look like I can unscrew the moderator my patch werk wasn't long enough to be able to clean the barrel that Is a looooong barrel , fill prob , 200 bar fill only gets me two mags 28 shots I'm wondering If I can get a longer air cylinder . So nothing major but worth mentioning . So all In all I'm well pleased with the overall performance just wish I could get more shots out of It .

Five shot groups at 60 yards .

it's a beauty, I have 3 Hw100's, 1-HW100TFSB .20cal, 1-HW100T .22 and 1-HW100BP .22, all shoot like lasers, I had 2 others that I picked up cheap (Leakers) repaired and sold, I will never sell the one's I have now, very dependable, but when you do need Parts, go to https://dlairgun.com/collections/hw100, they're in Canada and ship fast.
