I picked up a delta wolf .7 bottle at a raffle and did not realize it does not fit the red wolf. Can I remove the valve assembly and are the inner threads the same to fit my Red Wolf and/ or my RAW? thanks.

It fits the red wolf but without the valve. Both carbon bottles, in red wolf and in delta wolf are the same. And the inner threats in these bottles are the same. It can be problematic to unscrew the valve because it is very often screwed in with glue.

It probably goes without saying, but before attempting to unscrew any bottle make SURE it is completely degassed. Any pressure in the bottle is acting on the threads and will make it much harder to remove. Also because, safety!

Did you have any success removing the valve? And if so, how did you do it? I have a Delta wolf trying to remove the vowel so I can put a different bottle on. It’s not budging.
