Where Have You Found Your Best Deals on Used Airguns?

The guy who maintains and repairs mine has sold me some new/tuned guns and some beautifully restored classics. There is no doubt in my mind that if he says something needed doing then it needs doing. The best part honestly is I can ask him to fix a problem and he just does. The lady who has been cutting my hair since the 80’s is the same. I tell her I need a haircut and don’t have to say another word. She’s a lot better looking though.

Where have you found good used airguns where you aren't paying near-new airgun prices and where you have confidence in the vendor? DO they package your guns well and ship them in a timely manner? Has it been a crap shoot or consistent? How have your used guns (from the stated vendor) held up over time?

From fellow AGN members, relationships formed over years and talked to regularly...They know other people in the sport and a network is formed. I often ask "what or anything" (airguns) are you looking for or having a difficult time finding...No issue with payment or condition as trusting relationships are formed. But has a tendency to get extensive. This system helped me find some unicorns. Doesn't take long to separate the wheat fr the chaff.

I find the best deals on used guns right after the BIG events like RMAC or EBR, Pyramid.
People buy rifles expecting everything on youtube to be true and go to these huge events with high hopes
When they see how much time/work the top winners put into their equipment and see that theirs just don't perform that way..they sell
Also, there are demo rifles that are used in these events so people can try out different brands..these also eventually go up for sale after the events
EBR coming up in Oct...see what kind of deals are after that event at the AoA store

Just got my pre-owned Daystate Redwolf Safari HP .25 from AoA a couple of weeks ago.
They custom cut foam to line the box and packaged it in another box. All was nice and neat. It was accompanied by certification paperwork that indicated it had passed all relevant tests. Had the breach seal fail on me the other day. Called AoA to order more and they sent me a stack of breach seals along with some other seals without charging my card. (Seal wasn't bad to begin with, I shot about 3k pellets since I got it so it was time.
Yes, I WILL purchase "used" from them again and it was definitely worth it.

Absolutely!
The folks we have met and dealt with here are among the best anywhere.

No one shops used at Baker Airguns? It seems that this AGN sponsor gets overlooked because I rarely read any sort of feedback about them. Something I can say about their used section is that they don't appear to pad their prices with the expectation that you're going to haggle with them. Their prices seem fair to me for most things that have interested me, so there's no need to haggle. Also @Airgun-Revisions has good prices on used and refurbished airguns. I haven't purchased anything used form either of these shops. However I have purchased a new rifle from Airgun Revisions. They're good to go as far as I'm concerned.
