A thumbs up for Hatsan USA Customer Service

I have heard many disappointing stories about Hatsan USA's customer service, but I have a perfectly good one to share.

I recently ordered some pellets during one of their sales, and recieved all but one tin. Of course, that was the most important one to me 🙄

I emailed them, explained what had happened, got a simple apology in recognition and the pellets were shipped out, no questions asked.

I know it's a small thing, but they get an A+ from me for that one.

I know your thinking about that Turkish pistol you used to dance with. You lash out whenever someone mentions Hatsan. It's obvious you still have feelings for her.

You two had a good run but all things come to an end. It's been years man. Try to accept and go on with your life. She's gone.

You still haven't given me the model number of that Gamo you are cavorting with now. You just post photos of her on the internet with no scope on. Wearing tiny patterns that leave little to the imagination. Her buttplate hanging out and big synthetic foregrips up front.

I'd run out and buy one if I knew the specs.

How was that grumpy ? My experience with hatsan support was ok.. you just see guys around that say there's was not or non-existent.. I've us d them 3 times and was handled well enough for me ..

He's a big grumpy teddy bear with an itchy trigger finger. You gotta love the guy.

A Hatsan broke his heart. We have all been there. His pain and frustration is shared by the entire airgun community.

With time he will heal and emerge a new man. Like a crotchety old caterpillar turning into a beautiful butterfly. Until then he'll be a contrary rascal whenever he sees the letters "QE" next to each other.

Yes sir. He has been around here for quite some time. A good down to earth guy.

Pellet/Seal kits ordering I've had no problems -- support for my AT44PA-Long -- that's quite a different story...
