Kalibrgun Cricket Carbine in 25 caliber

Finally got my new kalibergun cricket out to play. Bought it from Georgia airguns couple weeks ago. 25 caliber. It Likes the JSB Hades 26.54 grains which I shot at 50 yards (target pic attached)
Chronograph results for 12 shots as follows
Avg velocity 977 fps
ES 10
SD 3

Also liked the JTS 33.80 grains. I also shot these at 50 yards. Target pic attached. Chronograph results for 12 shots as follows
Avg velocity 894 fps
ES 4
SD 1

Getting about 40 shots with 260 bar fill. Pretty happy with it.

I too just got my hands on a Cricket Carbine in .22, and can't imagine how I missed out on these rifles for so long. I'd heard of them, seen pics of them, but really didn't know much about them, and found a good deal on one while looking for a Taipan. I'm sure glad I decided to bite on it instead. Mine will do just over an 1" at 100 yards with FX 18.1gr domed even in a very light wind. It's pretty amazing how it works for sure. About the only complaint is the safety sucks, so I removed it completely, but hey!, I also removed the safety on both of my Crosman Challengers, and I never use them on any other airgun I own, so I guess it's not an issue for me.
These are truly amazing rifles with almost no flaws at all.

Yeah. I'm constantly bumping that safety. I have a taipan long in 25 also. But I really love my taipan. But this cricket is good also.

I’ve been trying to buy one off a squirrel hunting buddy for about 3 years now since he gave hunting up but I haven‘t got it yet. His is a 22 and it will hang with my Taipan 22 long accuracy wise. His safety is also jacked up but hasn’t had the magazine advance issue yet. Nice rifles!
Yes I like mine. Hopefully you have luck with your buddy and he sells it to you

Shoot it without the moderator. It screws off
actionpistol I have to take back my statement of the moderator being so big, I just measured mine and it is 8" long, whisper quite btw. The 25cal must be attached different than the 22 cal. as mine is a slip fit with a grub screw. I'll never get rid of it because of the accuracy. Did Charlie send you a sheet with different pellet accuracy tests ? he did with mine.

My moderator screws off. Not sure of the thread pitch. And yes he did send 2 sheets with targets shot at 40 yards. He also polished barrel, crowned it and aligned and smoothed the ports on it. Great guy to deal with
