Hey all -
As a new Classic owner, I have allt he barrels and want to find proper fitting slugs and pellets for each caliber. My first indication that I'd need help with this was trying to fit FX Hybrid .22's and Crosman Penetrators into the .22 barrel with no luck. Obviously there's a slightly smaller diameter that will work, but before I go spending $$$ on slugs, I'm wondering if anyone has been throught his experience before and can speak to whether, for .22 cal, .217 or .218 is appropriate? How about the other calibers?
Do you all have favorite pellet/slug combo's for your caliber of Classic that you use successfully?
I have heard that NSA is the right manufacturer to look to for slugs, but they offer many options in diameters... so I'd appreciate some guidance.
