I'm new to this thread. My name is John, I'm 68 years old and I have been a highend airgun freak for over 50 years. From back in the day of Air Gun Headquarters in West Virginia, if anyone remembers them. I have amassed quite a collection of airguns over the years. Mostly springers, but also a few PCP's and some pumps. Unfortunately, I broke my back a couple years ago, and i can no longer walk or get around, so I was thinking of passing my guns along to someone who appreciates the finer ones. I don't know what the market is like for used airguns, or where or how to go about selling them. I would appreciate any advice you can offer. I have some real beauties. One that is still new in the box for the last 52 years - an FWB 300. The original full size one, not the later FWB 300S. I had a letter from the factory some years ago, which of course I lost, telling me that was perhaps the last one made back in 1972, or if not the very last one, it was at least made in the final week of production. Plus I have lots of other gems, some still new in box, some lightly used. I have also been a gunsmith and airgun smith for years, so I have some cool custom stuff I have built, like a Webley and Scott Vulcan with a 20 cal barrel, and an early Beeman R1 that I converted to a 25 cal w/ a stainless FX barrel. Plus I picked up a real find a while back - an original in the box, 1935 Webley Senior pistol in nearly new condition. Anyway, if anyone can give me a bit of advice on how to sell off my collection, I would sure appreciate it. In return, if anyone has any questions on airgun smithing, conversions, repairs, anything like that, I would be glad to help. I've run across most of the problems and figured out most of the fixes over the years, so if you have any questions, I would love to offer my help. Thanks.
