The HM1000x Mini is just so nice to shoot! I started filming a comparison video with mid-weight pellets (21-22g) and then my battery died, so all you get is a picture!

Oh and I had originally swapped out the 400cc bottle for a 300cc bottle. Which I feel is more appropriate for the Mini. But then I bought the Grayops rail and the small bottle looked funny with the long tail, so I swapped back to the 400cc bottle. If someone made a short rail I’d definitely go back to the 300cc bottle. But aftermarket RAW parts are not abundant.Micheal, beautiful RAW Mini! It definitely looks good in your hands

The Gray Ops rail provides a lot of real estate for a bipod and a nice surface to rest the gun on. However, IMO it’s not stiff enough.
Originally I added a small piece of hard rubber between the bottle and the rail to eliminate flex. But since then I replaced the rubber with some high density foam. The idea is two-fold: to dampen any vibration that may occur during the shot cycle, and to create a small buffer between the rail and bottle (to alleviate pressure on the bottles neck in the event it’s dropped).
Simple, effective, safer.

I also have a full size RAW HMx .22 and they are built exceptionally well, like German overbuilt engineering! That Gray Ops rail would look out of place with a 300cc reservoir, would stick put a bit too far! Enjoy shooting your Mini! I just luv RAW's consistent accuracy, triggers and sound report

I can fix that for you. Just a little whittling with a milling machine will have it shortened in no time.

Well, it has a 10" shorter barrel than the full-size rifles, and 4" longer than the Micro, so it's on the smaller side. And Medium or Carbine sounds kinda boring to me. If you take off that big tank and arca rail, it will appear Mini as intended.Cool gun but miss-named. Nothing 'mini' about it.

What do you want to know? It has the same build quality and feel and shoots just like all of the other RAW rifles, but it's shorter, doesn't have a butt-stock, and kicks a$$ in Field Target Pistol matches. It's not really a pistol though in the general sense. In fact, the RAW Pistol is a Mini without the butt-stock.great hat , OH nice gun too
