Two of my favorite things to do, so in celebration of Labor Day I decided to combine them. Pulled a Zoraki Ultra .22 and the P17 from the safe, having a relaxing day shooting and smokin. Hope everyone has a great holiday week-end.

oh haven't smoked a brisket in a long time, YUMMMM . 97 degrees and showers (maybe ) today ! will shoot some but now restoring a Stanley plane i found at a garage sale , all rusty from sitting on the dirt floor ?????????

Shooting while grillin or smoking is just a thing in my neck of the woods .. it's kinda a Florida thing to do I guess

My smoker is near my shooting bench 
. Today's pork tenderloin, tomorrow is chicken, and Monday is tri-tip. Just about every weekend we smoke something. Brisket was a few weeks ago. Shooting while smoking really can't be beat.

Pork ribs st. Lewis cut is my favorite. Hard to beat the pellet grills set and just about forget them for 7-8 hours.

My wif thought we had a brisket in the freezer but could not find it I think it was used a few months ago. I did find a large chuck roast, and stopped and picked up a large pork butt roast for this weekend.
