Looking for a good bipod for my Texan .457. not wanting to spend $500 for one tho. Anyone have any suggestions on a good quality bipod at a good price?
Curious -
Does anyone shoot in the sitting position, with the nature provided bipod...your two elbows supported by your two legs ?
Or...is that a quad pod ?
Mike
@Ezana4CE I will use it for bench rest shooting. I have an airforce one on my Texan and it seems to be stout enough to load while shooting. I was just thinking maybe something a little wider would help me hold steady to see me shot in real time. Just my thoughts. Any input is always appreciated tho!!@Poke-E How do you intend to use the bipod? Benchrest shooting? Have you checked out the Airforce bipod?
Hmmmmmm, I may have to give that a try!! I have actually never even heard of that!!Curious -

Also check here on the classifieds as they are usually under $300 thenI was looking at the Accu-Tac ones and mannn they are very nice! I'm not opposed to spending that much but looking for something a little cheaper. $300 for one of theirs does not sit that bad tho!! I will have to keep an eye on the site for sales!!!
