Multiple compressor manifold

Has anyone here built one of these?

I just finished up 2 GX-E5K2's and want to hook all three that I currently have together. The speed for filling large bottles should be pretty impressive with this set up. I have 3 outlets that will work as each is on their own breaker.

If anyone has made one, what did you use to build it?

You could make a tee to connect both of them up on the air hose.
 
They make 4-way fittings, 3 incoming from your compressors, one for the outgoing fill line. Like this one for my tank fill adapter. Maybe one in stainless steel.

I would think the output of each compressor has to be isolated from the others when combined, as the compressor with the highest pressure will attempt to backfeed the others. Unfortunately I can't remember his name, but another fellow here posted extensively over the years on his multi-compressor setup.
 
I use a TMan from Air Tanks Plus - only $65, and it works great. I use it mostly to fill two tanks from one compressor, and occasionally for cascading, but I did test it the other way using two Shoebox compressors to fill one tank. They make great stuff for a fair price!

In getting you the link, I see that unfortunately they are out of stock at the moment, but I'd contact them and see how long a wait it would be if you are in a rush, or just sign up on the waitlist if not . . .

This is one of my concerns.. along with the higher air temps
 
Just put fill nipples with check valves on all 3 inputs of the fill block. Temperature at tank should not be an issue as there are compressors that fill faster. Each compressor is filling a tank 1/3 the size it would normally be filling. So long as that's a reasonable size for the compressor you should be good. Biggest issue with the little compressors is moisture collection, they use very small cyclonic collectors. When I fill a large tank with the Omega version of the CS4 it collects more moisture than it can handle and it starts going to the tank. Installing a large cyclonic moisture collector. You can put one after your fill block and before the tank. It's an extra 1/2 L of volume to fill but worth the peace of mind.

I'm still thinking heat will be an issue.
The GX-E5K2 is a large twin cylinder compressor (it weighs about 110lbs) one cylinder is bigger then the cs4 and I'll be running 6 of these into the tank.

I can get a 68ci tank warm just going from 3000 to 4500 with one E5K2.

There will definitely be a filtration system to try and handle the water. I do currently run a cyclonic filter on the single E5K2 that I have been using.

This should be an interesting project
 
Why in the world would you need to fill a tank so fast? Business?
For friends when we go paintball or airsoft shooting. There's several large tanks that get filled, and then those get cascaded to their small bottles that are on the guns or remote hoses. One afternoon of those games and you'll plow through a lot of air, so if we can stop and fill everything quick, it'll be handy.

Couldn't you buy a commercial compressor for the cost of 6 - E-5K2? Unless in not getting this completely.
