N/A HW100 KT replaced the oem tube .

Well I finally got my FAC XL light weight cylinder from Rat Works UK for my HW100 KT , great quality with no leaks plus It makes the gun look more proportionate . But I'm a little disappointed I thought I might double my shot count from two mags ( 28 shots ) to four mags but I'm only just getting three mags before It starts to fall of the reg . The description on their web site says you can only fill to 200 bar because that's what the reg Is set up for I'm tempted to fill It to 225 then maybe Ill get the four mags .

How did you remove the end caps without damaging them? Did you buy the specialized tools in addition to the cylinder? They are locktited on and nearly impossible to remove without marring them unless you have the specialty tools for removing them. Years ago I jumped through a lot of hoops to import an A&M aluminum cylinder which had more length and capacity than the tiny 100CM factory cylinder. It worked great but for some reason A&M wouldn't ship from England to the U.S. so I had to get an intermediary to send it to me.

They do not have thread locker on them from the factory.

The end caps are very tight and easy to damage though.

I have changed the air tube on my HW110 and 44,, seems I had to put the tube in a vise, I made wood block, used a hole saw sized to the tube, cut the wood block in half and used it to clamp the tube, on the valve end is where I recall having tightness on just one of my HW
but I do not remember if I had to use a little heat on the tube/thread area
they all come apart by hand now, when air pressure is drained

Edit: Ok, I did had to heat the valve end on my HW110 as I sit here recalling the work I did, it did not take much heat ,,, the HW44 had been resealed at AOA by the original owner that I purchased it from, so it came apart easily

I replaced the stock air cylinder in my HW100 KT with the Ratworks FAC XL and IMO it improved the looks of the rifle and like you said made it more proportional looking. I was having issues with my original setup where I couldn't get 2 mags worth of shots before falling out of regulation. Think I was getting about 21 shots. The FAC XL cylinder did the trick for me. I now can get 3 mags worth plus a few extras before having to refill. Normally I shoot 2 full mags then recharge the cylinder anyway. Another plus with the new cylinder is it's about 1lb lighter than the factory original.

I tried a 10% overfill with my HW100S, it had no affect on the velocity and gave several more shots overall. The Rat Works cylinders are great!

I usually set the cutoff pressure on the JTS Comp1 compressor that I have at a smidge over 3000 on its gauge and get 42 shots from my .22 HW100S, 3 mags. The gauges from Rat Works, Weihrauch and JTS might not all agree exactly anyways.

I know you might shouldn't but most people call 200 Bar 3000 psi interchangeably. I definitely would not want to go 3300 or higher as that would be asking for trouble from the gun's regulation setup.
