NEW DNT ZULUS vs. OLD ARKEN ZULUS ...New Firmware Update with Improvements.

I got looking for a decent NV scope and narrowed it down to the Arken 5-20 after seeing enough people that are very happy with it. I had an ATN a long time ago and was not impressed and left me with buyers remorse. So now I read through this thread and Arken Zulus will now be branded as DTN? I see the Arken site is backordered but DTN is not and also shows the 3-12 Zulus that Arken does not. The Arken site has them with a promo code for $487 but DNT is listed at $699. Do I wait for a sale or is that just the going price for DTN? Will the 3-12 lower power be more clear? I'm shooting at 50 yd max. Are the software updates good to go now?

So far I haven't seen a bug we couldn't sort out and it was more old software and phone compatibility issues. Arken will not get any of the zulus products anymore. We are completely different and separate from arken. The $487 price you see is the non lrf version and we will always show the price on the website without the need of a huge discount code. The 3-12 non lrf is not available yet but on the DNT website we have the non lrf 5-20 which is at $499 before my code. If you search my username I have some FOV comparisons of the units right now. I really don't understand your point and if you are a service-connected veteran, "thank you for your service" doesn't seem to be enough. Is here anything I can do for you? Is there some assistance you need and are not getting it? Tell me how I can help you.

I love the DTN products and the high level of customer support that they provide. As I user of many Day-Night scopes with LRF and ballistics, I personally believe that the DNT products are the BEST out there. They are my go to and I'm known to be obsessive. It's a prerogative of my old age. Thanks my informed opinion, for whatever it is worth.

i own 2 of the DNT zulus 5-20 non-LRF models and they are great !!
if anyone has eyesight issues, these help tremendously day & night.
i put one on my U1 .30 for night hogs in my crop fields and one on my K1
.22 for everything else including way out there crows !
probably going to try the LRF model one day, but for now all is good

They just became available so I haven’t had a chance to try one out or put it on my website yet. My price is $60 with free shipping and no tax. They are on hand and in stock. The 940 might be a nice addition.
Might not be so overpowering causing the IR washout that the 840 does. With my use of the Zulus I do not turn up the IR past level 1.
