HW/Weihrauch 177 HW95 @50

Here's a page of 50 yard targets from this morning's HW95 session. All are 5 shots from 50 yards. Targets shot left to right then top to bottom. There was a few scope adjustments along the way. Pretty happy with the page as a whole. The 3rd to the right on the top row is likely my 50 yard personal best. This was my first Weihrauch and still my most accurate break barrel.

Thanks for letting me show off.

Those are great 50 yard patterns and a great rifle. The hw95 is awesome.

My .22 hw95n is "twitchy" shooting groups from a rest at 50. It's bitchy and demanding. I have to shoot 10-15 shots to get in sync with it and really hold my focus to get tight groups.

Its as accurate as the hw97 but it's a lot more work to shoot off a rest. Especially at 50 and beyond. It magnifies my every fault.

If it makes you feel any better, I haven't been able to get my 22 HW95 Field Pro to group well at 50 either. I'm still working on it though.

My 177 Hw97 is easier shoot accurately at 50 than my 177 Hw95. Probably because my 97 is close to 2 pounds heavier and a little less powerful. Obviously the 95 can shoot as well as the 97.

My new 95N was just delivered. After being in a UPS truck all day here in Tx, it was hot to handle coming out of the box. I think I will let the temperature of the metal and wood stabilize until tomorrow before shooting it.
You have more self control than I do. It's be shooting that thing already. In the house if I had to. Lol.
