It looks like all but 1 are using plenum extensions. I particularly like the Stainless version. Who are making these for all those RAW's .?

I used one but have decided that I don't need it for .30cal benchrest pellet velocities, so I'll be removing it.

In today's scenario of high power PCPs, some modifications like installing an external plenum, better valve and anti hammer bounce device takes RAW to a next level as per my experience and many other users agree to it.
However, everyone has his own preferences.

RAW makes the blued versions. The stainless ones are from Kinetic Security Solutions.

That may be true for some, but my .30cal RAW doesn't need any of that to achieve my goals of 1 MOA or less at 100yds. The biggest improvements I made for PA Cup was to use AEA pellets, add a RAW RocLoc for ballast and add the Impulse Air moderator. I left the plenum installed only because I didn't have time to remove it before leaving for the competition. It neither helped nor hurt my performance in this match.
