FX How much creeping is OK?

Hi everyone
Creeping huma regulator.
Don’t take my wrong I love huma regs.
I was wondering how much creeping is OK
set my reg at 149b and easily overnight go up to 165b! Is that normal. ?
For me, that is to much. If my Artemis does that I clean and install new O-rings.

Mine does it. I’ve noticed it on all my daystate and brococks. They’re still new so they’re still breaking in
There is no breaking -in on O-rings. They seal from first pressure or they don't until replaced or cleaned. If a new seal leaks it is either damaged, the metal it seals onto is damaged or there is some small dust particle causing it not to seal. I found the later to be the most common problem on new O-rings.

While it can be the sealing disk, it is not always that. Most of the time I found a good cleaning and light lube does the trick. A few times replacement of O-rings was needed as well. I never had to replace a sealing disk.
Sure sure ... skate around the most obvious and common anwser to this asked about issue.
Now you wish to enlighten us all with your knowledge of such things, how about unblocking your bio so we can see who and where this wisdom is coming from.
Who is caliber 22 ?

An elevated level of pressure creep is almost always due to the valve seat...either wear to the plastic seal or surface quality of the metal part that mates to it.

Inspect both surfaces with the aid of magnification and good lighting. Usually the cause is wear of the plastic seal but occasionally the orifice (typ. a truncated cone feature) will have a scratch or minor defect. Concentric machining marks, if they are very faint, aren’t as big of a concern but any radial scratches need to be worked out.

Occasionally creep will be the result of the early stages of failure of the O-ring on the pressure adjuster, but this form of creep will usually continue to climb until the pressure in the plenum reaches that of the reservoir.
