can this LYMAN press be used to swage slugs for airguns?

dear, much more experienced forum users and projectile makers. i recently saw this LYMAN press on the local 2nd hand market for an affordable price but with no further information, besides it being equipped with a .32 kit.

my question is can this quite stble looking press be used or modified to press .306 (for vulcan 3) or .253 (for gk1) slugs?
and if so, what would be suitable parts (dies and sizers) to do so?

thank you.

A turret press is a poor choice for swaging because the die head is cantilevered from its mount and the mount is just some sort of shoulder bolt. It's a decent PB reloader though...*

Look for "O" frame presses, preferably cast iron. Those have the structure and rigidity to do light swaging (as in pellets / slugs).

GsT

* A possible exception is the old Hollywood Sr. turret press which had a removable bar that could be installed in one position that would significantly increase the rigidity in that station. The company is gone now, but their presses are still floating around.
