THe vendor I am buying from says they will have a shipment of these 22/500 guns in about 2 weeks. I will order one when they notify me. I do not hunt but just target shoot on my property. I own a FX Dream that will shoot consistently shoot 1" groups at 50 yards and 2 inch or less groups at 75. I want a gun that shoots 1" at 75 and 2" at 100. I just don;'t know if the Crown will do it.
Dynamic. Fx touts it's strengths as accuracy and power. The accuracy in that is shoots in the same catefory as the Panthera, their bench gun, and everythiing I read claims them to be super accurate. The Power: FX claims is higher than most in shooting 70 plus footpounds converting to more accuracy at longer ranges than others like the Crown.
Crown MKll: These are tried and true guns, claimed to be very accurate guns wth a good reputation. But apparently not as powerful as the Dynamic.
I would like to have the Crown, BUT, common sense ask's me. Why, given the choice of the two guns similarly priced would I chose the lesser powered gun? Therefore the deliema. Your opinions would be much appreciated. PS. These two are the only guns I am considering and only in a 500mm.
