OK
Well it got down to 50 last night and decided to go out this morning at sunrise before the winds got up. I saw 3 but only one gave me a semi open shot at about 30yds. I had a hole in the leaves of her shoulder and sent a 25cal Hades. She dropped out. Wanted to hunt more but the wind got up to about 25-30 so called it. Good morning.

Nice shot -that is a great set up for sure. Looks very compact for an M-Rod, and I noticed you're a lefty at that -me too!
Thanks! Yes the barrel is shorter than standard.

Nice story and hunt. Looks like a nice sized fox squirrel.

I shoot from my left shoulder too. I've found my P35s to be very lefty friendly. Bullshark is about the same thing. But nothing wrong with a M-rod either and many prefer a standard gun (instead of a bullpup).
I can do both but I prefer a traditional style most of the times. I have had too many PCPs and always migrate to less is best for hunting. I wouldn't mind having the raw pistol in 20cal converted to a carbine. The older I get the smaller the better and I must have slings on my rifles for hunting

I'm with you on the slings for field work . And a "traditional gun " is what I'm leaning towards more than not , they're just easier to sling & carry. Haven't got the bug to downsize yet though.

Yeah I bought an avenge x and it's 45" and it's just too long- lol. I prefer about under 40" for traditional rifle. I'm kinda getting away from the bottle too. I'm liking the the tube more and more for hunting. I honestly just need to get a Daystate revere safari in 22 and be happy. Several of my friends have them and they just shoot and are not pellet picky and you can sling them!
