FX Very basic trajectory information please

I am fairly new to airguns like it seems the majority of posters are. I have read a lot on trajectory and realize it is a complicated issure relating to several things including footpounds of energy, pellet weight, speed, etc. Many of those relationships with the addition of hammer spring tension, barrel length etc. All of this is just overwhelming to the hobbiest like me who will take his gun, tune it for the range he shoots and never adjust it again. Which leads me to ask for some very basic informaiton from readers.

My FX Dream regulated at 110 bar shooting 18.13 pellets 835 fps is zeroed at 30 yards. At 50 yards the drop is 1" and at 75 yards the drop is 5 inches. Would anyone owning a Crown or Dynamic FX in .22 please give me the same information regarding their guns shooting trajectory. This will tell me ( a pure novice) in a far less technical form how powerful the Crown and Dynamic are for longer range shooting.
Thank You

The best advice I can give is to download a ballistics app and put in the ammo and speed and it will give you the trajectory tables or graphs you are looking for for any pellet at any speed.

I found a free version of the now discontinued "Chairgun" program on line several years ago. It is my go-to trajectory program.

You are asking a good question but the velocity of the other guns you are asking about could be higher or lower than your gun depending on the tune. Your gun should be able to shoot 18 grain up to at least 900 fps. But if it's accurate at 835 I'd probably leave it alone too. That about the speed my little P35-22 shoots 21 grain H&N Match pellets. It is so accurate it is my only PCP I haven't retuned (other than a little adjustment of the hammer spring). But my main point is that velocity and thus trajectory are not gun dependent (within a reasonably range). There are huge overlaps. It's more a matter of finding a projectile and tune that is accurate.

Gravity is the same for every gun and pellet. I think you are trying to get way to complicated in your analysis.

As soon as the pellet leaves the barrel, it begins to accelerate toward the ground. That is why the barrel is tipped crown up compared to the sight line. Gravity is constant and consistent. Time in flight is the only thing that will determine the "drop". Time in flight is shorter for faster projectiles.

Understand the difference between internal and external ballistics.

Don’t know scope height, environmental, terrain, or BC but tracking pretty true.

Throw in wind from either behind you or head-on and throw the chart out. I've yet to get a ballistic calculator to agree with real life. I know they do but for me, not so much. Strelok is the closest but of course it's banned in the US.

My solver includes headwind, however no solver out there deals with up/down drafts so, yea...ultimately no ballistic solver/model is perfect.
