FX FX Seeking power again

I have a FX Dreamlite that is great for 50 yrds or less. I previously asked for opinions regarding a power upgrade purchase of a Crown MK2 or Dynamic in .22/500. One response caused me to think this over a lot more. The response was that if I am seeking more power to shoot the best pattern at 75 to 100 yards, not to buy the Crown. The responder said that If I shoot a dreamlite now I am going to see the Crown has more power but not SIGNIFICANT, I will be disappointed in the minimal increase I get compared to the Dynamic.
In his opinion the Dynamic will offer a more noticably significant power/ range/fpe/ result, while also being as accurate a gun, at any shorter ranges, as the Crown is.

In thinking through this, If investing in a Crown I sure do not want end up thinking as the responder suggested, that I end up with just a slightly better performance than I have now. It is also an issue that the guns are virtually the same price which makes the decision more difficult.
NOTE: I don't have any use for a mega gun shooting 200 yards or something. I will seldom shoot at 100 but 75 regularly. I imagine II could tune a Crown up to rival the Dynamic BUT i do now want to run the gun I buy real hot. I would prefer running more moderate pressures, which I think extends the life of these guns.
Thank You

Well, let's use FX's own specs:
The Dreamline Classic is a 30 fpe rifle in .22
The Crown MK2 is a 54 fpe rifle in .22

So, yes the Crown will have more power no question.

I'm not going to argue the benefits of more power for long range shooting. I will say, my DreamTac would shoot less than 2" groups at 100 yards. I traded it for a Crown, and one thing is for sure, the Crown makes more power and does it easily. I haven't got it tuned to go 100 yards yet, but from my limited tuning at 30 meters, it's a shooter. If I were to go for long range only, ie beyond 60 yards, I'd definitely go Crown. The Impact is also a nice long range rifle, IF you like and can shoot bullpups. I have a MK2 Impact and I'm not thrilled with any bullpup, but it's a good rifle. I'm having it resealed right now. I didn't want to remove the reg internal oring and damage the receiver, as I don't have the tools to take it out.

I'm not sure where the Streamline falls in the heiarchy of FX rifles, but my pal has a .25 Streamline, that I'd love to have, and it shoots lights out at 100 yards. I was no 25 fan till I shot that rifle and the funny thing is, he found it at an auction, and paid all of $600 for it and a Leupy 3-9x EFR scope. We sold the Leupy for $325, so he has $275 in the Streamline !!!
