If you could live with a .22 cal , I ran across a Gamo Urban on Amazon for 181.99 . I own one myself and it shoots CPHPs really well . I paid 100 bucks more and still think it was a good value.

Some people do not seem to mind hand pumping. I did it on my Prod and it was fine. Not hard to get to 3000 psi and not many strokes to fill its small tube. But then I bought my Avenger and I really did not like trying to fill it with a hand pump. I usually did not pump it to 300 bar but filling three times the air capacity to 3500 psi or so was still a lot of pumps. But it is totally doable. But at least for me, I was happier hand pumping with a gun that did not store a lot of air and didn't want it at really high pressure. But that means they need filled more often.
Hand pumping at the start gave me two backup hand pumps (one a Benjamin and one a no name that was cheaper and works better). If my YH breaks I will still have a source of air.

If I do any PCP. Even an ASA high power single shot. I will have a 4 stroke hand pump.
I found out 4 stroke pumps often get confused with 3 stroke.
And 4 stroke are far less labrous to thgeir counterpart.

I don't know that I would go that far, but it's not a gun I would purchase again and I got it for a very low price.

Yours probably isn’t clipping baffles. The way a moderator threads to a jet makes them more susceptible to baffle strikes than most other designs.
