Adding a 12 V fan to the wood burning stove, did wonders adding +4 deg C, and so shooting / waiting for the rats / mice to come out was quite comfortable.
This Inside temperature grabbed with 1 lane on full tilt ( MAX open shudders ) and the other lane on 1/2 open shudder

I dare,,,, Nay i double dare king frost to show his ugly face.

Hehe the cheapo stove actually came with a cooking pan, CUZ it is a cheap tent / dugout oven.
But it have been replaced by a 3" thick fireproof stone, which do get nice and hot though, but we figure put warm chocolate on it in a Pyrex beaker / pot for the coldest days to keep it warm.

Yeah i figured that active stripping some heat from the backside of the oven would add a little, without it i have only seen the shed go to 20 deg C
We also have a 2 or is it 3000 Watt diesel heater installed, it too pump out some air, cleverly ducted to hit out feet.
it is noisy though so we still have to " insulate " it in its corner, hope a little wood and 2 - 3 " of insulation can shut it up.

The fan though a old low noise one i had in surplus from a case mod many moons ago, i think i will bring one with a little more RPM for the next session, CUZ i cant get it hot enough.
The fan as i recall just 34 cfm and 800 RPM or something, i recall i had to go push / pull on the radiator in that PC build to get a sufficient cooling power.

My friend is the grill master, i am not allowed to touch the grill, or at least not without strict instructions.
Its not CUZ i am the guest, it is the way my friend wants it.

That stone on the oven, it will get trimmed a bit, or at the very least the 2 forward comers will get a severe 45 degree cut.
But when cold, it is a excellent place to put the rifle case while unpacking / getting ready.

Are you using a night scope?

So we have reached the end of the line, well at least if it was not for the new Shot Shed.
The weather forecast are good ( any AVG wind under 4 M/s ) Temperatures,,,,, not so much. 🥶

The diesel heater on a modest output level run a lot of hours on the 1 gallon tank it have.
The wood burner, is choked off a bit more, and now burn wood at a slower pace.

Taking this weekend off as it is pretty bad in regard to wind and rain, they even talk about snow too, but not the good kind just slush.
Think it is about time to find the thick soks and boots they can fill, even if as it is right now the diesel heater is aimed at our feet and so pretty comfortable.

Come to think about it, maybe spend a few hours tomorrow noise insulating the diesel heater, so bliss behind the scope are a bit more easy to attain.
Maybe also break out the big angle grinder with the big diamond cutting disk to cut a little in the oven top stone.

Work - Work - Work and no fun.

O BTW i forgot to mention the shot shed now have power too, burly Danish mains 220 V power, my M8 also procured plenty of LED stripping, so light will probably go in soon too.
Personally i think the 2 miner lamps are better for light source, but i am OK if they are relegated to finger warmer, which i have already set up on " my " bench.
