WOW that's awesome.. please let me know what model you have? I have the hatsan blitz in 22 caliber.. so that would be great if I can put a moderator on it..I just need to know what Donny works for you.. assume that it won't matter if you have 22,25, or 30..?? since I think larger moderator will work on a smaller caliber.. did you have to make any changes to get it to work with the moderator?
will be nice if I can somehow lighten the trigger pull too..
I suppose no one has had a way to slow down the RPM on it?
thank you so much
Mark
Also the sound difference is like night and day, the pellet hitting your target is louder than the gun totally worth the 285 bucks in my opinion

I'm already in the process of machining a new wider trigger made out of steel rather than aluminum
I made one out of aluminium. Larger, longer and wider.

If anything it might slow down the rpf just a tad but it's barely noticeable, the only moderator donny fly recommends is the ronin along with donnys adapter, Google donny fly moderator for a hatsan blitz, my rife is a 25 caliber blitz bull pup but the enternals are all the same, first thing I did after receiving my blitz and after firing a few rounds was order the moderator, worst case senerio is you might have to get a lighter spring for the barrel at ace hardware, I didn't have to do that with mine because I increased the hammer spring adjustment one half a turn and it's been awesome ever since hope this helps check out donnys youtube video it explains everything
the ronin would probably work fine on my Condor.. I currently have a shogun on it..

the blitz has a metal action.. but it's low quality as far as I am concerned..I'd like to sell mine and get a LCS 19 or Western sidewinder, or Western mordax.. but it's not likely that I could.. everything is so much money.. for what it is the hatsan velox is decent but it's only because the only competition would be the huben GK1 and that's not even a comparison.. like pennies to gold dollars.. not much of anything available in PCP pistol that is compact. I shot a friend's GK1 and it's wonderful.. velox ok .. notos is really too long and I can't find anyone to shorten the air tube so it could be a poor man's attaman ap16 like yours..
I'm just not comfortable myself doing my own machine work on the air tube.. barrels and anything else is fine with the lathe.. but I don't care to make a mistake and get hurt..

If one shops hard a Hatsan Blitz can be had new @ 650 dollars + or -. I think it is an excellent value for money. My trigger is much better broken in, still stiff but fairly crisp. I keep playing with sighting systems, it is currently wearing a red dot. I like the RD sight but my old eyes miss having magnification, prolly go back to low power scope. Need some HIGH rings or put the rail back on for comfort.

My 30 cal. Blitz is only shooting at 600 fps. with 44.75 pellets . Can I get 700 fps with a spring adjustment, (as seen on Youtube) and still be able too cock it?
I don't know, honestly I have a hard time cocking it and it is factory, the velox is the same.. I've been tempted to turn down the hammer spring adjustment on the velox and see if it is easier, still cycles and maybe a little bit slower velocity so it might be quieter? I've been thinking about a ronin to quiet the hatsan blitz but maybe it's all fruitless effort to try to get a budget PCP to work as good as I'd like.

forgot to mention that I shoot both are 22 caliber.. the blitz loves crossman premier hollow point 14 grain pellets and then turns into a bolt action with 25 grain pellets, I don't know if that would harm the action, so I have only tried two shots and no more.. velox shoots both 14 and 25 grain pellets well and it's quieter with the 25 grain pellets but a few less shots..
any ideas?
