Yes, I did that first. Was not enough tension for reliable reset on the trigger. I ended up just clipping 1.5 turn off the spring and this gives me about 1.5 lbs. on 1st stage. For the secondary sear, I found just the right spring in one of my carb rebuild kit ( quadra jet). Overall it's breaking under 2#, but I don't like the long creep. I may grind the secondary sear so it drops earlier. Is there a better way to get the trigger springs than Ebay, Someone said something about a pen spring, Just took a pen apart and spring is 4.2 mm dia, and its plenty long, to make 8mm length, May need another spring for the 15mm spring , anyone else try this ,, I am pretty all thumbs working on guns , but it seems simple,,,

what do you think about reshaping the wood grip into a bird's head like the Ruger Wrangler? I attached a picture of the Ruger Wrangler just in case you are not familiar with the shape.. would that work? also I have never seen, so I don't know anything about the laminated color grips, seems like they would be stronger being laminated to reshape into bird's head since it would be down pretty small at the bottom.. so assume that you had a blue laminate one,if you reshaped it and then sanded it and polyurethane it, would it look good? would it still have the blue laminate look?Took the stock off for preliminary look. I think it would be easier to make a new upright wood grip rather than making an adapter for AR style grip. With an adapter, the trigger will be out of position (too high). It's right at 12 inches OAL.

yes I don't get it.. guns used to come standard with open sights and you can always add a scope since everything has either picayinny rail or dovetail..If they'd just instrument that on the rear you'd have something ..
Just dt shows these manufacturers or designers never use the product or probably a gun and got no clue ..lol
I have pistol with front adjustable sight and also has rear adjustable ( 1 click is 1/10mm at 10m . ).
Then folks pay 1000's for guns with no way to aim them at all .
