I'm looking at getting 22 marauder but haven't pulled the trigger . I have seen the p rods and really like the look of the carbine are there barrels and fill tubes the the same length or can you get a longer barrel and fill tube . say half the as of the rifle . also has anyone used the side bolt action the guy is selling on eBay looks really nice thanks

I know someone out there makes extensions for the P-Rod tank. You can get barrels and shrouds from Tim Hill

My advice is to save yourself a lot of trouble and just buy a NOTOS. If you are only going to convert it to a carbine, just buy a carbine.

Check out some of the offerings from Airgun Revisions. They offer a regulated P-rod with a larger bottle, and 2 versions of their "Shawty" M-rod. One is a lower power barn gun and the other a short higher power version. https://www.airgunrevisions.com/product-category/ar-exclusive-airguns/page/2/

I have had a couple.
I have had a few Marauder rifles.
I do not know about NOTOS.
I do know you can completely repair the PRod yourself when and if it is needed.
The 10” barrel is fine and with an LDC it looks great.

You can use a MROD barrel but you’d have to extend the flat spots on the barrel about 2mm or so. I used a LW MROD barrel (about $115 shipped) on mine.
As for the tube, the one for the Fortitude (about $35 or less shipped) works but needs 2 new drill holes towards the front for the PROD breech to fit—-the holes are hidden but at a precarious angle, although it’s mild steel, the tube.

Btw, the blue one has a Crosman 1701P tube to align with the Boyd’s gauge hole.
