Airgun depot

I guess when you sell used returns as new it's not hard to send people defective products, have them returned and send them out again until they just go away. Or so they hope. Even if they don't go away, get returned and ship out again the practice helps balance the books when PA doesn't like what they see regarding mismanagement of their "sister company" as you put it. I guess that's why none of the past Airgun Depot management teams still work for Airgun Depot. I say teams because more than one has been replaced. I'd like to believe PA has stepped in and up at this point and taken the bull by the horns, but I have no reason to believe it's true. Have you ever even purchased from them? If you have maybe you should share your experience cause mine was dismal and disgracefully bad on at least four occasions. Maybe we should hear from DeanB and .20calguy too. blackdog899 thanks for acknowledging yours leaked. After all giving or commenting on advice given to a prospective customer should be based on personal experience not bs.
Do you think pyramid air is better to deal with

Didn't mean to ruffle feathers.. So all 4 purchases were used returns? How is it that you came to know they were used returns? You didn't say in your original post that you suspected they were used returns. You only said "defective".
Yes, I have bought from them before but not nearly as much as I've bought from PA because they are much closer to me which reduces shipping time.

Sorry, You didn't ruffle my feathers Airgun Depot did. As far as I'm concerned if it's been opened and returned it's used. The only thing worse than getting a used return is getting a used return that's defective. They had torn open packaging that was normally sealed, missing documentation and accessories, excessive hand prints and scratches etc. Defective safety, Leaking air tube, defective action and a bad barrel. One item was exchanged via Amazon when they sold on Amazon. Another return was delayed by Airgun Depot past the return window and two were repaired by me or the manufacturer.
I hear ya.. I don't like sending a new defective gun in so they can fix it and send it back to me. Usually you have to pay return shipping at least one way. Ok, I didn't buy a refurb and if I had, I wouldn't expect to pay full price... Even worse, I'm paying full price for a refurb plus extra shipping.. now that pisses me off.

I've had bad luck with them. They are connected to PA in some way but the difference between the two is night and day. I have never purchased anything from Airgun Depot that worked as it should out of the box. Stopped buying from them after the fourth defective purchase I made. Not worth the trouble.
I've ordered stuff from AGD without any issues but have noticed the prices and products are identical. I even want to say that I've ordered from one and received the product from the other.

The beef I have is w PA. They sell on ebay & amazon as well as their home page. Caveat emptor since the prices can vary between sources. I've also gotten hosed on shipping, which granted is my fault. But still, why the inconsistancy?

When I ordered my first pcp just happened on airgun depot. Gun ( Reximex rpa) arrived and I noticed it was sent from Ohio.
In 2 1/2 months have now shopped them all. Price and availability is forefront. I am a trusting person and rarely have a problem….. o except that f Ing Dacks outdoors.

I bought my first air gun back in November from Utah Air guns and have purchased many other things from them, I have had questions about things and they were very helpful with all of my purchases. They have been quick to ship too. My next purchase will be from them as well.
They’re on my list . Just received a RAW 1000x . The hard case was an option I didn’t choose. They sent it anyway
