They been slacking up lately. Make an order and it will ships 5 days later. Bad weather.........all of a sudden it's 2 weeks .
I Blame Darren!, whom a number of years ago got trounced by Brad in a friendly benchrest competition.
How embarrassing.
they are all good people. You will get your order. Those guys are good folks.

Why would you ask here in this forum? Why not just call them and explain your situation and find out directly from them?
It seems like that would be the first thing that I would do if it were me....unless you're trying to get an answer earlier than you can by phoning AoA.

yeah, kind of haha. AGN is filled with vendor reps that i’m kind of hoping to hear and explanation of some sort.
AGN is a resource. i like to use it

ahhhhh, I as many others here are very familiar with how AoA works. You have no worries. Just call & all will be well.

I rather doubt that. I would think the post office and other carriers would be routing packages around those areas. I just received an airgun from Hawaii via USPS, and it took 7 days. It arrived here in E. Texas last Thursday.

By the sound of it, it seems like you ordered gear gun at least a few days before he did, on top of that yours had to be flown out. Where his is not, it's being driven through the snow storms and heavy weather.

I get why it irks you, but having run an e-commerce business sometimes these things just happen. Most businesses are honest, at least the ones that stick around.

You asked for help here on this public forum, so let me offer you my help.

I own a small, (non airgun related) website.
I receive orders and ship packages almost every day.
I am the sole owner, president, web designer, accountant, janitor, CEO, CFO, and also the delivery guy that takes packages to the USPS, UPS, and Fed Ex.

1. Monday was a federal holiday, and deliveries were delayed as a result.
2. To place an order from Arizona, and expect it to have arrived at your mailbox in Hawaii, 3 short days latter (or less), without opting for their next day AIR or 2 day AIR options, is absolutely unrealistic.
3. To bypass the well established vendor, whom has been in business for many years, and jump on a public forum, (not once but twice), with this concern of yours, is pathetic!

1. first post was an accident into the wrong area.
2. my post said i didn’t get an email confirmation. and i have received packages from them in 4 days.
3. you’re petty, i like you. i hope your company does great by yourself and all your pronouns will be accepted by they/them as well.

fyi.. there are only 2 genders.
