Anybody have a Gamo Swarm 10x Magnum Gen 2? Mine is nice and powerful, but noticed I'm not getting the same consistent accuracy as with most of my other springer and ram guns. I've checked all the bolts and even used a little blue thread lock. I'm not sure if it's me (a hold issue) or the gun. Just don't appear to get good grouping. Like 3 - 4 inches in one direction or another. Ty

A Gamo!! Oh heavens find the tar and feathers. Chuckle!!
It takes a bit of practice to learn to shoot a Magnum such as the Gamo. It also helps to install a longer trigger screw (I forget the size , but you can buy a whole sack of them at Fastenal for 20 bucks) anyway this allows you to set the sear for a very light release, just make sure you do not set it too light or it will go off if you bump the gun, I beat on the stock with a rubber mallet, then go 1/4 turn heavier once it stays put. Adjusting the trigger will drastically improve accuracy.
What distance?? What pellets? Some unknowns are important.
My Gen Two Magnum will shoot 1/4 inch groups at 30 yards and 5/8 to 3/4 at 50. Although most guns pick different pellets, Gamo Magnums it is a good bet yours will like the No Lead Barracuda Green. Most of them do. They are a very expensive pellet , however Gamo rifles tend to like them.
Once in awhile you do get a Gamo that is worthless and will not shoot accurately in spite of all you do, this does happen, if so you can call them and more than likely they will trade you a brand new one. I have had several over the years that were worthless, however not lately, in the last couple years Gamo has stepped up their game. The 3 Gen 3's that I have now are the best break barrels I have ever owned, and they are light and easy to carry around. The Bone Collector will run neck and neck with my 95 , plus it has a repeater magazine and is light.
Cheers

Thanks for the advice! I have performed the trigger adjustment mod. And made sure everything was snug.i have a few other Magnum break barrels and didn't have the accuracy issue. That's why I was thinking maybe me ( hold issue) since the Gamo is very light for the power it puts out who knows maybe it's defective.

The Gen 2 has an excuse for iron sights. It is hard to get your head down low due to the way they designed the stock, however if you are using a scope , try the fixed sights. If they hold at say 20 yards , then it is not the gun, it is the scope.
If one group goes high left and is 4 inches in diameter and the next group goes low left, or low right, it is not you it is the gun. If this is the situation just call them and speak with them and they will tell you to ship it back and they will look at it, what they will do is send a brand new gun.

Yes it goes in one direction and then in a complete different direction. Have already tried a 4x32 and a 3-9x40 scopes. For some reason I still feel like it could be me though. Maybe I'm just desperate at this point. 😂
