If you want a disposable scope that you don’t mind discarding once it stops functioning properly, then this may be a good deal for you. I prefer the Nitro over the Engage. I own both. However, Bushnell’s warranty service has gone down the and isn’t worth the paper it’s printed on in my recent experience.

I second Bushnell no good customer service...I will buy directly from china on alliexpress on no name chinese brands and do my own customer service..Why pay for what your not getting...I used to have some Millett scopes..The first chinese scopes reresented by a American company with a lifetime warranty..Much like Arken optics today...Bushnell bought Millett...And know your Millett scope has no warrany and customer service...

Just got off phone with Bushnell. The Engage I sent in is no longer available and the CSR upped my scope to a larger one 6-18x50 Deploy MOA and is sending me a new one.. He said the Nitro line is discontinued...

@markT you were able to get someone on the phone? That’s more than I’ve been able to do since last year.

Yes I called them and selected the option to get them to call me back. They called and all went well.
Maybe Keep calling and send them an email with your case number.

I received my warranty replacement scope today. Not too bad.

I hope I have better luck with them as I have 3 because I like them and got great deals on them.I hope the great deals were not because of any problems,they are all new.
I going to mount them all on PCP rifles. Now I going to watch over them like a mother hen and make sure they work right.....
Big Companies buy other companies to get well-known brand names and then the qualitites go down Sucks!!
