I happened to have the Strelok Pro on my old Redmi Android phone. I uploaded the Mi mover app from redmi store if I remember correctly so I was able to transfer Strelok to my new Redmi phone.
At least there's something good when hanging on to this Chinese brand.
I must be careful to update apps individually, otherwise the Strelok app gets deleted.
This certainly is a weird situation we're in.
Edit: I checked Google Play Store and Mi Mover is available, and I may have downloaded mine from there. There also seems to be the possibility to download it to my new Samsung tablet, so maybe on other Android phones even if they are not Redmi Xiaomi.
This may be of little help but it would be good to try.
