Beautiful!! A great way to dress up an ordinary and rather bland, beech stock. What trigger is that? It doesn't look original.

Can you point me to the dye method you used? Looks phenomenal and I’d love to give that a whirl on my R7 beech stock.
Looking forward to it. I have the perfect Beech stock to stain.I’ll post a thread on my method of dying as others have reached out. Give me a bit.![]()
Wow, that's what you were after!First let me thank AGR for pointing me to the dye method and
giving me pointers on how to use it. I was initial ally going to stain it, but I'm glad I went with the dye and polyurethane. It took awhile to do, but I'm happy with my results. I wanted it to be different from the others I've seen, and now I have something different. It may not appeal to some, but I think it's just what I was looking for.
Depending on the inside light or out in the sun, you will see different shades of blues, grays, and pinks. So the pictures don't show all of what I see in person.

I'm probably going to get a different scope for it and put the Airmax 2-7X32 on my new HW30.
Thanks 20.Wow, that's what you were after!
Not only stunning but unique!
That work payed off!
Rowan engineering. It's the "black" straight set back trigger blade. I have the cocking grip as well as the trigger guard from Rowan on this 97.Beautiful!! A great way to dress up an ordinary and rather bland, beech stock. What trigger is that? It doesn't look original.
It's a Rowan straight set back blade in black, I have the same one on my HW30, and also a Rowan set back on my Prosport which is more curved like the factory AA blade.Beautiful!! A great way to dress up an ordinary and rather bland, beech stock. What trigger is that? It doesn't look original.

Thanks, I definitely like it better than that factory orange. At first, I wasn’t sure if I liked it or not. Upon further review it is growing on me by leaps and bounds…nice work!
