Airguns of Arizona is totally USELESS!

I ordered some Zan slugs from AOA on January 6th and did not hear anything from AOA until I emailed them about my order.
Then I was told they were out of stock.
Why didn't AOA tell me sooner? The website did not say these slugs were not in stock.

AIRGUNS OF ARIZONA ARE TOTALLY USELESS!

I ordered my Zan slugs directly from Zan and only cost me $3.00 more
I will never order anything from AOA anymore!
I guess you also don't shop on Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe's, Kahl's, et al. Heaven forbid a mistake be made or software glitch.
Hope you never need any Government "Services" SSN, IRS, etc. :ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO::ROFLMAO:

FYI - Most adults would follow up with a phone call to check if something doesn't get shipped on time.

Come on now, that's not a big deal. You won't get a lot of sympathy over a minor web glitch. The inventory on the website can go the other way also. I called them to see when the Daystat Huntsman Revere would be in stock as it showed out of stock for the 22cal Safari. The fellow said to hold for a couple while he checked on it. Guess what? He had 2 in Walnut, one regulated, one unregulated. He said he would swap out the Walnut for the Safari stock. 4 days later I had my 22cal Safari. As always, GREAT SERVICE from AoA. Bill and Addi.

I've had absolutely fantastic service from them, and have bought many used and new guns from them over a period of 20+ years. Now, I'm sure they make a mistake now and then, but I'm equally sure they make it right every time. Other than buying ammo from Pyramyd Air, I've likely spent the bulk of the money I've ever spent at AOA and I will buy again I'm sure.
I know it's aggrevating to not be able to find what you want, but "useless" is a pretty far stretch.

OK , having read the posts so far , i get the impression that the OP's attitude is such that if AOA had immediately replied that "we will send your order out today , overnight express and free of any charge " The OP would have replied the same fashion .

Now this is supposed to read as outlandish as the OP's first statement , and i sincerely hope that the original post was not an indication of a normal day in his life .

Ease up and take a deep breath. I doubt any of us have ever made a mistake.
AOA and UA are great, i'm sure it happens, but i'm also sure they didn't mean for it to.

I called AOA, just the other day and bought a rifle, got it, needed a part for another one so i called, left a message and the next day got a email, it was on the way. I've been ordering by phone message with them a lot and never a problem.

If i ever do have a hiccup, i'm sure they'll work it out. It just ain't the end of the world.

Utah kept my money for 2 weeks, I ordered a scope that the web site listed as in stock,,,, waited a week for a tracking #, before I sent an e-mail asking where my tracking # was ,,, took another week to get a response, asking what scope I would like instead, the one ordered was not in stock, they bulked at refunding MY MONEY, but did refund, finally,,, that is poor customer care, but shows their greed, I have 'forgot' them, when I look for new purchases

I order Sportsmatch rings from AoA, that the web showed in stock, that was NOT,,, but at least AoA sent me an e-mail with in a couple of days telling me it was not in stock and recommened the UTG PRO, but they did respond quickly,,, I did NOT have to chase them down, like I did for Utah bunch.
I truly dislike AoA's web site 'banner' that hogs my screen space when viewing them,,, turns my attention to off, go look somewhere else,,
their loss, and I do not care,,, their success depends on them,,, yes, I can be quite the picky dog
everybody has their own experiece with the big boys

I think we should address a few things about ordering from AOA ( and UA does the same thing). When you order a gun, it goes to inspection, they check it over. May even fire it, (i'm pretty sure they function fire every used gun),make sure no parts are missing, etc. They probably have several guns a day to inspect before shipping. Then it goes to packing and shipment. That's the process, takes a day or two. I would suspect that this has saved them many hassles where the average idiot calls and says something is wrong..if they hadn't checked it, there would be doubt and maybe needless shipping back and forth.

Now, i'm no one special, but i have on occasion said, "hey, i want it quick, no inspection, and they got it out that day.

I could go on and on about how both AOA and UA have gone way above and beyond.

Of all the ordering I've done, I only had one, what i would call, REAL problem with PA, and a polite phone call from them straightened it right out. So I've been lucky.

I post all this because i know what running a business is like, the work and the worry. I'd be tickled to death if all my problems were this small. I just hate seeing good people and businesses disparaged over such nonsense.

Are you going to tax them more and salt their land too, King Joffery?
Airguns of Arizona has some of the best customer service in the airgun community. By far.
But, if you're unhappy with them , your highness, I would suggest you purchase something from a guy named Tony at Talon Tunes. Speak with him for 5 minutes about any issues you're having.
You will be thrilled to go crawling back to airguns of Arizona, afterwards.

Okay got a problem with internet shopping? Go jump in your vehicle drive an hour into town and go to Sears or Western Auto and see what you can find. Jesus, man quit whining about internet shopping, the world is at your fingertips.
Sears or Western Auto, hasnt Western Auto been out of business for like 30 yrs or more? Sears has been gone around here for quiet a while also..
AOA fixed a warranty problem with a reseal on my HW100 took like 4 times before they found the issues but they took care of shipping each time so no complaints from me.

The first paragraphs story would have definitely pissed me off. When dealing in the US I do want communication.
I had a 2 month long endeavor with Dacks where I only got my money back after Capital One intervened. They were not going to refund on a gun I never got. I bought my RAW 1000x from Utah Air on a great sale and couldn’t be happier but I understand, we are sometimes the customer that slips through.
