Gotta Love that U2!

corn crop and during harvest damage 10k-25k$ a year. i'm sure you know the difference between a crow and raven, easy to tell them apart.
during a murder feeding or swarming, if any ravens are around, the crow will run the ravens off.
ravens are much larger than crows mainly the wing span.
i dont have the U2, but i have a fine U1 in .30 that has taken hundreds of crows during corn season
from planting to harvest.
Local crows are wary of my "no-fly zone" but continue to push boundaries eager to reclaim the rich hunting grounds. I remain resolute in, "Not on my Watch." WM

Though i respect your right to kill them as you will. What actual harm are they doing to merit them being killed? Please understand that i have killed many critters and will continue to do so. But for me the King Crow and Ravens are off limits, they are simply a species apart…. Intelligent and wary, my dog Riley hates them and will not tolerate “flyovers”. I did in the past kill a few and the reaction of their brethren, their knowledge of what had happened, tempered my feelings towards them. From me? They always get a pass, Riley? No way…!
Similar experience with a kill. They KNEW immediately what happened to their buddy. Then another.. they haven't come within 300yards for any reason since. I can wipe out sparrow after sparrow, pigeon after pigeon, starling after starling. They come back to the feed, crows have a bit more sense.. that being said. I'll shoot if they step in the "no fly zones"

My dog, Riley keeps them on point… The other day i see him barking at the deck doors looking up at the sky. There are six big crows in the black walnut tree. I’m like, dude they’re way up there, “he” is let me out now, I got this… Simply funny, he won’t tolerate them even when he can’t get at them…
