Head size gauges are useful sometimes to explain tin to tin variation in pellets.

I've also used my tap and die set some. The thread pitch gauge (available separately for a few dollars) is handy figuring out fasteners and I like to clean up threads if things don't go together well. I've also used a few thread insert sets to replace stripped out threads. Mostly due to not being careful with the length of stock bolts on a new stock.

Your nose is a really useful tool. Most of us have one, built in. When using a soldering iron to heat a screw sealed with Loctite. Just put that tool right above the screw, when you smell a sweet odor, apply torque.
5" hemostats both straight and curved are very useful.

I would not want to miss the 3D printed tool for removing the regulator from bottles:

3d printing technology has really grown lately. I'm seeing items 3d printed in Titanium for sale. Amazing weight 2 and a half ounces no Addl. accessories needed. I did not however see the price.

Another handy item for removing fasteners. A propane torch and a sacrificial L style hex wrench or hex bit. Really stubborn hex screws use the torch to heat the driver, then quickly switch to a cool driver to remove the screw. The heat transfers better thanks to the increase in surface area. When it comes to loctite, heat is your friend.

Witch’s hat bits, in various taper diameters for the really stubborn o rings. Look up the Pana-vise. Very handy when working on the FX blocks.

Padded jawed pliers of all types are almost a requirement. Cordless battery powered screw drivers make life easy on the folks suffering with arthritis. Bore scopes are handy in looking deep into regulator tunnels.

Newman Buck, who owns 910/Capefear airguns, carries a few of the FX specialized tools. Metric tap and dies, along with M3 to M5 helicoil inserts and the required drill bits are really great to have “in case of”.

The saber tactical bottle valve removal tool is a must have, also, and lastly for now are the spring tensioned spanned wrenches, metric, that bicycle techs use, can be handy.

As far as torches for heating up stubborn fasteners I use a fancy cigar lighter, powered by butane.

If I find a tool that’ll make the job easier, not necessarily faster, I buy it. I’m done rigging makeshift doo hickey crap to make something work. Get the right tool for the job.

What tips would you use as replacements?

Is there a torque wrench/screwdriver alternative that comes with quality tips (I kind of hate to buy something that needs immediate replacement)?

If it hasn't been mentioned you might want to order some good oring kits.
I also use rubber mats on my benches. I buy door mats at the dollar store. The ones with the smooth rubber back are great. I just turn them rubber side up.
